How are contractors verified?
Every contractor must submit a valid state license number and a current certificate of insurance. We manually review these before any contractor can access the marketplace. Suspended or expired credentials result in immediate suspension.
What if I get a bad lead?
Contractors can dispute a lead within 48 hours if the contact info is invalid, the job description is fraudulent, or the customer is unresponsive. Valid disputes are reviewed and credits are issued for confirmed bad leads.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel anytime from your billing page. Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. Unused lead credits do not carry over after cancellation.
