By accessing or using Get HVAC Quotes ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Get HVAC Quotes is a lead marketplace that connects homeowners and property managers ("Customers") with licensed HVAC contractors ("Contractors"). We do not perform HVAC services ourselves and are not a party to any agreement between Customers and Contractors.

3. User accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.

4. Contractor obligations

Contractors must hold all required licenses and insurance in the jurisdictions where they operate.
Contractors are solely responsible for the quality of work performed.
Contractors agree not to share or resell lead information obtained through the Service.
Lead purchases are non-refundable except in cases of verified bad leads as determined by Get HVAC Quotes.

5. Customer obligations

Customers agree to provide accurate project information when submitting requests.
Customers understand that Get HVAC Quotes does not guarantee any specific outcome or contractor availability.
Customers are responsible for verifying contractor credentials independently.

6. Payments

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Subscription fees are billed in advance. Lead unlock fees are charged at the time of unlock. Get HVAC Quotes reserves the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice.

7. Prohibited conduct

Using the Service for any unlawful purpose.
Posting false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
Circumventing the platform to transact directly and avoid fees after initial contact.
Interfering with the security or integrity of the Service.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Get HVAC Quotes does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Get HVAC Quotes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

Get HVAC Quotes reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms at any time, with or without notice.

11. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

With contractors when a customer submits a service request (limited to what's needed to provide a quote).
With customers when a contractor unlocks a lead (contact information is revealed).
With service providers who assist us in operating the platform (e.g., Stripe for payments, email providers).
When required by law or to protect the rights and safety of users.

4. Data retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.
